- BDC Dashboard is not dark theme friendly (#7400)
- OSX Mojave dark theme results in ADS initial run starting in dark theme before flashing over to default light (#5181)
- Theme color for grid header should be properly theme aware (#4669)
- Color theme should allow the terminal color to change independently (#877)
- Notebooks: Low contrast ratio for colored text in light theme (#5186)

The background colors of files selected in the explorer are too faint to be noticeable while the focus is outside of the explorer (e.g. while you're in the editor).
