installing azdata from ads results in unrecognized version

Steps to Reproduce: Make sure azdata is not already installed on the box

1. Click on New Deployments. 2, SELECT BDC deployments card
2. Click on the 'Install Tools' button.

Actual: After installing the following error is observed.

Expected: Tool gets installed successfully and the user is able to do bdc deployments.
