SQL Notebooks Schedule - missing add new schedule button

• Azure Data Studio Version: Version: 1.14.1 (user setup)

• Extension: SQL Agent

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new Notebook Job / edit an existing Notebook Job.
2. Try adding a new Schedule. (There is no option to create a new Schedule)
