"No objects were selected" when creating an external table on Oracle external data source

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable PolyBase in SQL Server 2019
2. Create a database, database master key, database scoped credential, and external data source pointing to Oracle database.
3. Start the Create External Table wizard
4. Choose Oracle
5. Enter information for data source
6. Select the table in Oracle and click Next

At this point, the wizard will spin for 3-5 minutes and then finally display the error "No objects were selected". In the 30+ times I've tried using this feature, it's worked maybe twice. Otherwise, I get the error "No objects were selected."
