Azure sign-in icon on Action Bar uses vscode account #3398

Azure Data Studio Version: main

Steps to Reproduce:

Open ADS

Expected: Single account icon that uses ADS account provider

Actual: Two account icons. One from ADS and one from recent vscode merge. We should remove the account icon from the status bar and update the vscode icon to use the ADS account provider.
