SQL Server Import Extension - Keyword not supported: 'trust server certificate' #3494

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Using an on-prem SQL Server with a self-signed certificate where the connection has Trust Server Certificate set to True, attempt to import a CSV to a table to get the following error.
