SQL Server Schema Compare: Cannot exclude "UserName_". Included dependents exist. #3789

Azure Data Studio Version: 1.21.0
SQL Server Schema Compare: 1.4.0
VS Code: 1.48.0
OS: Windows NT x64 10.0.19041

Steps to Reproduce:

Compare schema of 2 databases with plugin (microsoft.schema-compare)
Three differences are shown: 1- not relevant, 2- different db_owner, and 3- add sql User
Its possible not include change of db_owner but on unselect sqluser add show: "Cannot exclude UserName_. Included dependents exist" (yes, username has underscore at the end)

It's not possible unselect "add SqlUser"
