Renaming an existing connection is difficult / impossible for me.
My steps:
I right click the connection
I expect to see "Rename Connection", but I see "Edit Connection", so I click that
I expect to be able to change things and save, but instead I see a "Connect" or "Cancel" button
I add or modify the "Name (optional)" field and hit connect
Instead of saving, it tries to connect - it usually fails because I forgot to add a password (because I just wanted to rename it, so I wasn't thinking about the connection workflow)
It spins as it tries to connect, but the connection fails.
I hit cancel
My new connection name was lost

I would like to have a simple workflow for renaming the connection:
Right click connection, click "Rename Connection", and then a small rename dialog appears with a textbox, "Save" and "Cancel" buttons.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Click on the name and then be able to edit it in place (like File Explorer).
