ADS align with consolidating multiple CRDs for postgresql. #4988

This change PR 20817: Consolidate multiple CRDs for postgresql. will require ADS to fix postgres version is no longer in the resource's kind. It's in spec.engine.version. And we no longer need to pass --engine-version to the edit command.
