SQL Server Import Flat file stopped working #5014

Issue Type: Bug

  1. Open Azure DataStudio
  2. Press CTRL+I
  3. 'Activating Extensions' notification appears on the lower left corner
  4. SQL Server Import Flat file should 'pop-up'

Notes:

  1. Last seen to be working yesterday, Feb 18 SGT
  2. I tried this both on MacOS and Windows
  3. Errors are found in the console: image
