Requires node 17

For a collection, markdown file can't be empty or get this error:

The "input" argument must be an instance of ArrayBuffer or ArrayBufferView. Received null

No error or warning when no pages are returned from getPages
Only one dev server can run because the port cant be changed or dynamically changed

Watch server duplicate listeners

This has been fixed by clearing performance measures. There was no duplication in listeners, performance keeps a history of measures and was logging them all out on each build.
