Mobile: Unpublished deals in enquiries #8

The enquiries refer to the deals in Firebase. When unpublished, they are removed. Update the enquiries table to have the deals info and then a deals reference number to prevent this issue from occurring.

Updated in App that enquiries contain the relevant deal information in the enquiry with a document reference to get the PK
