Added basic packaging to simplify installation particularly on scratch systems or automation.

Also provided a script based on the Fluent Bit one to automatically do the following for a suite of targets:

Install distro2SBOM using the package
Install Fluent Bit
Generate an SBOM from the Fluent Bit package This likely should not be in the final merge for this PR but it could be a nice test, I will probably take this over to Fluent Bit.
