Wordsearch: optimize word placement #2

Optimize word placement so more words can fit on the board.

Possible approaches:

Allow for overlapping words
Weighted (vs. uniform) placement probabilities
Smallest words first?
Run multiple iterations and take the best (i.e., brute force)
