These programs support the RPC of Deluge and the Web UI of other BitTorrent clients. Can we let Joal forge a real client and let a third-party program manage JOAL and view data?

Thank you for your reply! I want existing PT software to control JOAL For example, when I use autoremove-torrents, I can manage JOAL as a downloader just like I manage a real Bitorrent client. I can use autoremove-torrents to automatically delete download tasks. This allows users to perform automated tasks using Flexget, autoremove-torrents, and Joal on a private tracker, which looks like a real Seedbox working on a server.

I see. This is definely something possible with the next rewriten version. I'm rewriting the app from scratch (on spare time, wich i don't have much these days 😄)
