allows multipusert by external Id #45

This allows to use the composite/sobjects/SObjectName/fieldName route to make multiple upserts based on an external index

Thanks for the contribution - I may have to modify it slightly to be compatible with another change I'm working on, but I'll get this integrated either way.

HI, sure, no problem. Any idea when will you release it? So that I can pin my code again to the nuget repository and not to my fork?
