Wrap everything but options.noRequire in the template #29

If we do this then the normal component build style will be wrapped in a module wrapper. Pretty sure we don't want that :(

Ok cool. I should've raised an issue first. It seems only the 'standalone' script is being wrapped in the module. :santa:
