Need Help - Old System died and need help to reinstate #137

Hi All, I bought my system from someone who is no longer about. The Ethernet died, so we got that going with a USB device, all good.. But then we updated the Node.js and now its not responding to anything. I have copies of the config.json files, so thats a bonus.. Its running 2 instances due to the number of devices on the network. Can someone please get in touch, $$$ no issue paying for the help.

Hello Paul If you want someone to set up from scratch I am in Brisbane and available. raspberrypi4 would be my recommended hardware and works nicely with the CBus USB interface.

There is also a good guide and automated setup script here. https://github.com/greiginsydney/Homebridge-cbus-installer/blob/master/SETUP.md At the moment there is an issue which needs this workaround. https://github.com/greiginsydney/Homebridge-cbus-installer/issues/22#issuecomment-1175601119

If you haven't setup Homebridge for some time I think you will like the new GUI features. I've never setup multiple Homebridge instances but that is built in now days.

That would be awesome.. It is running on a Pi4

It has access to outside IP, ready to go..
