Addition of Contact Sensor for C-Bus #93

Dear Anthony,

am new to this GitHub business but do enjoy interfacing my C-Bus with Homekit with your awesome CBus plugin. I have written (mostly copied from you) a contact sensor accessory for reed switches that can be used for windows, doors etc. and would like for you to consider adding it to your master repository for the Cbus plugin. I think it would be very useful to the C-Bus people out there.
