value for 'Limit line matching by' not saved. After reopening the settings the value remains 1024

CLion 2020.2.3 Build #CL-202.7319.72, built on September 17, 2020

On PyCharm 2020.3.3. I'm encountering the same issue, however I"m not able to save ANY of the configuration settings.
