The audio will restore fine but the video is still unusable, I tried multiple times with different referenece videos all recorded from the same device within minutes of each other and same result. Here's the log.

I regret to inform you that this likely means you're out of luck, you can try using -sv as your log suggests but in my experience this tends to only trim the video to the correct length, not fix the video.
