Cursor disappears in borderless fullscreen #4

Bug Description

When playing in borderless fullscreen, if you need to alt-tab to another app and back, it makes your cursor do a magic vanishing act.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Launch the game with Xenon
  2. Enter borderless fullscreen
  3. Switch to another app (in my example I used Firefox) via alt-tab
  4. Switch back via alt-tab
  5. Ding dong your cursor is gone
