Add output dir to conf #26

Implemented the output dir for the General section of the config file. Test are also implemented by now. Review is definitely necessary, as I'm pretty new to this language. Thx in advance.

Reading through it, I've also noticed a bug in my original implementation :) Let's discuss this tomorrow.
