new instructions for installing ffmpeg #35

i wasn't able to follow the instructions for installing FFMPEG with Homebrew, and i found an alternative way that seems to work fine.

i could install them but i still get the "ERROR: "cmd_ln.c", line 942: Unknown argument: -alignctl" when i run audiogrep :(
