Use Semantic UI in newsletter #11

I changed tables from Bootstrap to Semantic UI. Is it what you mean or something different?

Tables, buttons, icons, headers and so on. I plan to purge Bootstrap entirely soon, and move everything to Semantic-Beta instead. Note: this means that Font Awesome will go away as well, as Semantic includes a fork of FA with its own naming.

It looks like I kicked out Bootstrap, but:

for some reasons icons are not working: Resource interpreted as Font but transferred with MIME type text/html: "http://localhost:3000/packages/impact_semantic/fonts/icons.ttf".
dropdown does not work (even though I activate it $('.ui.dropdown').dropdown();),
colors of labels are lighter than on Semantic site.
