Consider adding Docker image publishing (continuous deployment) #3

Since the PR #2 has been merged, I think we can consider adding the Docker image publishing automatically.

And we can publish this Docker image automatically during GitHub Action.

Once this issue has been approved, I will be happy to work on that.

BTW, do you have the account on Docker hub?

I think we can let the Docker image be published to the Docker hub during GitHub Action.
