For next release:

• "avidin-coated beads with MHC-peptide monomers, cultivation with IL2" in method.identification has nothing to do with entries listed in https://github.com/antigenomics/vdjdb-db#method-information-columns-optional. Either reformulate or suggest another method entry. "Cultivation with IL2" should be omitted as an excessive detalization.
• Please try to avoid spaces in any fields except comments, etc. Especially after commas
• "freq after cultivation and cloning into bacteria 1/26" - frequency mentioned in comment and will be ignored - should be put into method.frequency
