You should change file extension to *.txt so it can be parsed by the database, otherwise no checks will run on it :) Here are several things to fix:

You can add https://github.com/antigenomics/vdjdb-db/issues/291 to reference.id column
Please also make sure that the file is tab-separated and replace NA with an (empty) entries.
Also change ngs to amplicon-seq in the method.sequencing
Do you have frequencies for your clonotypes? If yes - please add them to method.frequency
