Correct V-J entries in PMID_9862375 #297

The entries in PMID_9862375 (Issue #28) are originally in Arden nomenclature and have been truncated.

There are also some beta-chains in the entry. These are not directly seen in the paper, but mentioned as identical to beta-chains in pmid: 7964506 (issue #4)
