question about epitopes #317

Dear team,

When the matched epitope is "homosapiens" what does that mean ? Thank you for your help!

It means that the epitope is derived from human proteome. This is "representative" parent species, so there may be other species having the same/similar epitopes & there may be no such epitope in a given individual who has different allele of the parent gene.
