About 2/3 of the ~400 human TCR entries reportedly making use of TRAJ2401 are actually probably using TRAJ2402. There's a two nt mismatch between them that corresponds to a two AA FGXG-proximal mismatch:
TTDSWGKFEFGAGTQVVVTP TRAJ24*01 TTDSWGKLQFGAGTQVVVTP TRAJ24*02 ^^
It'd take a lot of deletion to make 02 into 01 it's pretty likely that most of the '-WGKLQF' CDR3s (which is the majority) are actually *02.
