The difference of MHC A between MHC B #342

Hi! Thanks for your reading!

I downloaded MHCII data form VDJdb, and I want to get a pMHC-TCR pair. But there are two MHC type, so which MHC should I use.

oh, I get the answer. MHC A means MHC alpha chain, MHC B means MHC beta chain. for more detail, you can search in wiki.
