Correct MHCII naming for HomoSapiens #374

Alpha (mhc.a) and beta (mhc.b) order:

mhc.a mhc.b (incorrect) -> mhc.a mhc.b (correct)

HLA-DRB1*11 HLA-DRA*01  -> HLA-DRA*01 HLA-DRB1*11
HLA-DRB1*07 HLA-DRA*01  -> HLA-DRA*01 HLA-DRB1*07
HLA-DRB1*03 HLA-DRA*01  -> HLA-DRA*01 HLA-DRB1*03
HLA-DRB1*04 HLA-DRA*01  -> HLA-DRA*01 HLA-DRB1*04

Wrong mhc.a naming:

HLA-DRA1*01 -> HLA-DRA*01
```
The id after DRA is skipped, it is only allowed for DRB, DQA/B and DPA/B
