8 years ago No way :( There are lots of indirect assays, yet no one unambiguously links a HLA-bound peptide sequence to identified specific T-cells. All peptides tested were tested for circulating T-cells, not PBMCs with cloned TCRs. As no tetramer sort/cloning with direct CTL assay are used we cannot use this data
