Add Corp industry jobs XML call #3

This PR adds support for querying the corp/IndustryJobs.xml and corp/IndustryJobsHistory.xml endpoints.

I realize the XML API is deprecated, but its the only way to retrieve Corporation Industry Jobs at the moment.
