Add OpenDyslexic to cdnjs so people can use the fonts over a CDN for their websites: https://github.com/cdnjs/cdnjs

I don't see it on their website. I did package the stable version of OpenDyslexic and pushed it towards cdnjs. I will have it so people just have to link their website to one of the css files (served on the CDN) that will call all the specified font files (also served from the CDN).
