How to implement Liquidation #4

I wanna ask how to implement liquidation based on Polkadot in the future. Whether there will also be a role of liquidator. I saw that the fund pool behind Antimatter allows the lending of assets that exceed the collateral. How does this ensure default and asset safety?

In Antimatter, Exchange Pool and Asset Pool will be connected, and both mortgaged assets and traded assets will be locked in smart contracts. Liquidation is permissionless and everyone can participate, but we plan to establish a decentralized liquidation fund on the chain, and conduct regular liquidation through Offchain Worker.
