Automatic update of dir #6

Is there a way that the player automatically updates the files in the playlist if I for example add a new mp3 file in the folder?

as far as I know is the File API too limited for this due to security reasons. Updates on the given files and dir structure are only possible with user interaction.

I think it can be done, just not sure yet. e.g. if you use the
