Now I got the reason for the problem: the firewall has to be switched off. I tried to set an exception in the firewall rules including TCP and UDP but it doesn't work when I start the app with uxplay -p <port>
. What I am doing wrong?
Now I have it. I was not aware that I have to open two adjacent ports. The documentation says so, but it was not directly understandable for me.
Proposal: It would be good if you could state this more clearly and provide a meaningful example. It would also make sense to write the information clearly in a more prominent place that the firewall must be switched off or two ports must be opened.
Hi, im running Gnome Manjaro. The iPod finds uxplay but once tapped on it i get the prompt "Can't connect to uxplay".
