Rearranged the "bt709" color fix for Video4Linux2 (for Raspberry Pi) so it is separated from the -v4l2 option and is a separate -bt709 option that can be used on its own. It and -v4l2 are combined in convenience options -rpi, -rpifb -rpiwl as before.
This will allow the -bt709 workaround to be dropped if GStreamer video4linux2 plugin gets fixed to recognize apple's variant
"full range color" version of bt709 color standard
also update llhttp to v 06.0.7, plus minor fixes in renderers
