[INSTALL_VOLUMIO] add libiniparser-dev for cava #28

Hi Arthur

Thanks for providing a fix to enable Cava to build on Volumio after the iniparser library was unbundled.

I have followed up on the related issue at the Cava project: https://github.com/karlstav/cava/issues/231

If iniparser is not not bundled with Cava then all the OS instructions will need changing, and so I will wait for now to see if there are any further changes with Cava, and then if necessary make a commit to include all those changes (i.e. I probably won't use your commit). In the meantime, I will raise an issue at mpd_oled and reference your pull request.
