Add option to provide additional date formats #61

I am proposing a change to the -d option to require a parameter. The value provided after -d is used to set date_format. 0 and 1 are the same, but the new value of 2 indicates a date format of dd-Mmm-YYY (e.g. 27-Feb-2021).

Hi Steve

Thanks for your suggestion and for preparing your code into a pull. I would prefer not to change display options at this time, and only added in the US date format as I know a different format can be confusing, It might be a while before I review display options, but when I do I will support a wide range of date formats and have made a note to include your suggested format.
