Transparent border IE6 #293

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create transparent border
2. div {border: 1px solid transparent} 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Border have same color as background

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IE9.js, Mac OSX using IE6 with Wine (WineBottler installation)

Please provide any additional information below.
Could not manage to implement transparent borders.
