User MOH broken #30

User custom MOH is broken.

Hot fix:

replace  

musiconhold.conf => odbc,xvb,VPBX_AST_CONFIG

to

musiconhold => odbc,xvb,VPBX_CUSTOM_MOH

in /etc/asterisk/extconfig.conf
