Has anyone compiled this code in Windows? I am able to use this code in Ubuntu but wanted to make it work in Windows? Anyone who can help with same?

It seems that BlogV4 tuner R828D is not properly initialised by present windows version of dump1090 . Anyone willing to update the code and compile it for Windows?
