Description

Adds access keys
Adds accessible navigation with comprehensible link title.
Adds a few aria-label & aria-hidden attributes

Closes #351

CMS Update

After the deploy, the following elements will need to be update/altered on the production CMS:

New strings translation

There are some new text content (ie: Aria label for icons) that have been entered in english as translatable text.
