As a researcher from research institution Z in Austria, I would like to know if my journal checker search result for a particular journal that is part of a TA might change in some days/weeks due to a new transformative agreement that will be in place then, so that I can be sure that I can comply with my funder’s policy #16
Transformative agreements are in place for a set number of years (e.g. 3 year contract). Researchers might check the eligility of a journal in a certain year and month (December 2021) and by the time they actually submit the paper, the journal might not be eligible anymore due to different TA contract conditions/or no TA in place anymore.
