As a researcher funded by the FWF, who is affiliated with University of Vienna and 3rd author of a paper in “ACS Applied Nano Materials” (ACS) (corresponding author is from Humboldt Uni Berlin and funded by DFG), I want to know what my options are to fulfil Plan S. #20

This is not in the current specification, and will require a certain amount of figuring out and development that has not been factored into he plan, so moving this into the "Candidates for future development" column.

I mentioned in the last team meeting that we need to talk TAs and the information that we are extracting from publisher/institutional websites when building the TA database. Authorship positions is a key aspect of TA usability, this could be covered by a disclaimer/FAQ which says "Eligibility for TAs is frequently based on the institution at which the corresponding author is based, if you are not the corresponding author you may wish to check the eligibility of the corresponding authors institution to this TA or negotiate co-corresponding authorship".

This is also a question of UI - do we want/need to ask researchers not only for their institution but also for the institutions of co-authors or more importantly for TAs the corresponding author?

These comments also relevant to user story #10. Agree for both user stories that building in non-cOAlition S funder policies is a candidate for future development.
