As a researcher in the humanities I want to know if my favourite journal will publish my article under a CC-BY-ND licence so I can comply with my C-S funder's OA policy #24
Plan S requires CC-BY, CC-BY-ND is by funder approved exception only. The JCT is not handling exceptions. If a researcher wants to find out is a journal will offer them CC-BY-ND if their funder grants them an exception then the publisher website is the place to do this.
