As a researcher I cannot publish in my favourite journal and be Plan S compliant. I want to know which other high impact factor journals in my discipline (this is the sort of thing a researcher may wish for) are Plan S compliant so I can choose an alternative #25
This user stories needs to be edited/caveated to remove "high impact factor", JCT will not rank alternative journals by metrics.
